From June 8th to June 10th, ASEMI held a new graduation college entrance training course and conducted systematic training for 12 2012 graduates. The training content mainly includes corporate culture training, promotion system, sales speech, Business etiquette training, outdoor development training five parts, covering corporate culture, business operations, organizational structure, rules and regulations, teamwork and so on.

On June 8, the relevant departments of the company introduced the basic situation of the group company to the graduates from the aspects of corporate culture, promotion system, personnel management system, market and business development, so that the graduates are familiar with the basic situation of the company as a whole.

On June 9, the graduates went to Xiyong Training Base for outdoor development training. The content of the project is rich and varied, mainly including subjects such as Shaoguan Cool Zone, ice-breaking training, unrestrained and vacant swings, etc., to enhance your team spirit, collective wisdom and mutual trust.


On June 10th, all the graduates participated in sales speech and business etiquette training in the company conference room. During the period, the graduates were trained in the daily sales of electronic components and business etiquette training.

The final process is the leadership discussion: On the afternoon of June 10, the company’s leader, Miss. Dong, met with the graduates. The graduates introduced themselves in various styles and actively talked about their feelings about training, group company development and career planning. Later, Miss. Dong pointed out that graduates should integrate into the new collective with a zero-return mentality, establish correct values, and pay attention to the cultivation of personal morality.


The three-day induction training was successfully completed and graduates will officially take up their jobs.
