After some negotiation tests, it was discovered that the supplier had reduced the size of the chip privately in order to save costs, resulting in unstable product quality.

Based on the principle of solving problems for customers, Tina specially asked engineers to explain to Meno the ASEMI product GPP chip gold plating process, as well as the use of professional testing equipment, and even wafer cutting, chip soldering, frame anatomy to Meno. ASEMI GBJ series products are produced by GPP chips with good conduction performance and uniform dispersion. The method of injecting black glue is used to deal with heat dissipation. Because the thermal conductivity of metal is very good, the outer metal shell can maximize the heat dissipation. It can greatly reduce the temperature rise caused by heat during the working process. This reduces the loss and ensures the stability of the product. Tina also sent ASEMI's trademark registration and patent certificates, SGS certificates, etc. to customers for inspection.

This process lasted for a month. After communicating with our engineers, Meno applied for a sample test. We contacted the European Express Logistics and sent samples for him. But after that, we lost contact, we are very confident about our products, but the sudden disappearance of customers makes us somewhat lost, maybe customers still have their own concerns.

After another month, at 12 o'clock in Beijing time on September 30th, Tina suddenly received a message from Meno whataspp, requesting an order of 300K, which is their half-year demand, one-time order. The number is very large, and the second day of the negotiation is China's National Day holiday. It is only 18 hours until the logistics break. Therefore, the vast foreign trade team, contact the warehouse staff, began packing at 5 am, packing, until 2 o'clock the next day, finally completed the sealing, and contact the logistics line to send.
